The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, full oven, toaster, washing machine etc.
There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a futon in the lounge area which can be used as an extra double bed.
Outside there is a private garden and at the back there is a braai/ barbeque area. Satellite TV and Hi-fi are also included.
The mountain behind the house is Fernkloof Nature Reserve and offers stunning walks. The beautiful Hermanus Golf Club is a mere 3 minute drive away and the Arabella Golf Course is 20 minutes away, with the wonderful Sheraton complex which supports plenty of restaurants, a spa and pool.
